We accept returns, when a product is broken, defective or it has been shipped incorrectly. Returns are accepted within a week after the delivery date.
In these cases we will either replace the product (with no extra charge) or refund the cost of the product to you.

If the return is a result of our error, the returning postal fees will be deducted from your order cost or refunded to you.
Refunds can be made if you have received a broken, defective, incorrect product or if you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped. If you have purchased from our store using a credit card, the returning amount is refunded directly to your credit card. If you have used any other payment method, the returning amount can be hold in credit for a future order of yours.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund, once we've received and processed the returned item or the cancelled order.
